Let our Chef Bruno surprise you. An amuse-bouche while the deer venture along the edge of the forest, a castle breakfast when the rising sun drives away the dew from the valleys, a beautiful glass of Bordeaux tingling in the evening sun ... The restaurant is located in the castle, the center of the domain. Built on a hill with an impressive view over three valleys.
Bruno is in charge inside, he has a reputation to uphold in the region. Every season he composes a new menu, typical products from the region such as the beautiful Limousin boeuf and the magret de canard should not be missing, but you will recognize the real master hand in his foie gras.
On the wine list you will find a wide range of flavors (and prices) from regional wines to the big names such as Chateau Belgraves and Chateau Yquiem. Reservations are always required. Special arrangements can be made for weddings and larger groups, and hotel guests can make use of a half-board arrangement.

Our chef always offers a variety of meat and fish dishes as well as a vegetarian menu and a children's menu. We work with local suppliers as much as possible. The style of the kitchen can best be described as a cuisine regional with the finesse of la grande cuisine francaise.
